How can I exchange products?


For a quick and smooth exchange in the desired size, we recommend that you simply reorder the item. If the desired size or item is not available, our customer service will be happy to assist you and provide you with further information.

Please note that we cannot offer direct exchanges for orders outside the EU. We ask that you return the goods to us and order your desired item in a new order. It is important to note that we do not refund shipping costs in such cases. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I return items?
