1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason and return your items.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

For a successful acceptance of the return, the items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition.

2. Sale Items
The same right to cancel applies to items that are reduced due to a sale.

Deliveries from our Salzburg shipping location are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance coverage expires upon written confirmation of the delivery.

If you have made an individual arrangement with our shipping partner, such as leaving the package at a preferred location or with neighbors, please adhere to the specific regulations of the shipping service. Authorization for leaving packages is separately arranged with the shipping company and is not covered by our parcel protection.
